Your information will only be shared internally with the Bastion People and Culture team and relevant decision makers. Bastion also share this information with the provider of our human resources information system (HRIS), ELMO in order to manage our recruitment and onboarding processes.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter information regarding your right to work in NZ, we may be unable to progress your application further.
Information security is our top priority, and we take every precaution in protecting your privacy. We keep your information safe by storing this securely and only allowing the members of our team that are involved in the recruitment and selection process to access it.
Should you wish to change any of your details, this can be done online through your ELMO candidate profile.
You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong. If your application for the position you have applied for or any other positions at Bastion Security Group is successful, we will retain your information as part of your employment records.
